I later changed my mind and registered to fast for forty days because of my commitment to Brother Zach, and also because I thought to myself that this could be the only opportunity to fast that the Lord was offering us. Quite frankly, I was counting on the Lord, for until then my longest fast had been for seven days.
We all need a baptism, through experiencing God. Have you been baptized, not into Christ, into Zach Fomum? That is being part of his ministry. It comes from encountering God in the ministry. When the Israelites encountered God through Moses, the Bible says they were baptized into Moses. They became part of Moses, not part of Moses’ genes, but spiritually.
If a person goes away to pray and continues in prayer all the night because the burden of the Lord was upon him, then that one has made progress. In addition to the spontaneous times of prayer that may last many hours and perhaps all the night, maturing believers should have planned and programmed nights of prayer.
